Boarding Policies
Please drop off/pick up boarding pets prior to 5 PM weekdays or 11 AM Saturdays. This ensures our staff will have ample time to get your pet situated prior to closing.
- Be sure to call ahead for your boarding reservations, especially during busy seasons such as summer or school holidays.
- We do not accept bedding or toys with your pets. This is for their safety as many toys are choking hazards, and to ensure their belongings are not lost or soiled. If you bring their food or medication, please clearly label them with your pets name and feeding/dosing instructions.
- All pets who board with us are required to have a current rabies vaccination. We also strongly recommend a Bordatella bronchiseptica vaccine at least one week prior to boarding to help lessen the chances your pet will contract kennel cough during their stay with us.
- All incoming boarders are given a brief check-over to look for minor pre-existing conditions. If your pet is found to have fleas we will give them a Capstar (pill that kills all the fleas on them and lasts for 24 hours) at the owner's expense.
